The (bqx-b) type explosion-proof overload limiter is applied to explosion-proof gantry crane, explosion-proof electric hoist and other hoisting machinery and equipment used in explosive environment. It is a kind of safety protection to prevent overload of load objects during hoisting operation in explosive environment.
The overload limiter is composed of sensor, operational amplifier, control actuator and load indicator. When the crane lifts objects, the sensor produces deformation, calculates the tensile force load weight, converts it into signal number, and amplifies the indicator load value through calculation.
